You’ll love this charming, 2-story townhouse with spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom modern townhouse for rent 10 minute drive to Rodney Bay offers great value for money.  It has a designated parking space and is cleverly designed with the focal point being the spectacular ocean views.  The townhouse allows one enough space to move about (without losing that quaint, cozy atmosphere when it’s time to cuddle up with a good book). End each day with awe-inspiring sunsets in the West.  

The Marisule beach is a calm lovely beach and is less than a 10-minute walk from the townhouse. The townhouse is situated in a friendly community near local family homes. The Gros Islet / Castries bus is right outside of the gated community. The Rodney Bay Village and its amenities located north of the townhouse are less than a 10-minute drive away, whereas, the City of Castries is a 15-minute drive away, south of the townhouse.

 The townhouse is accessed through electronic gates which open and closed remotely.  To enter the townhouse, you do so via a wooden door. Once you are in the townhouse, you are at once greeted by the very open kitchen, dining and living space. From this vantage point, your eyes cannot help but be drawn beyond the living space to the fantastic ocean view, which is visible even from the entrance. On this level, you will find the kitchen, living, dining, powder room, and laundry area.

Proceeding forward into the space, if you look left, you will see the stairs leading to the upper level. On the right-hand side is the kitchen. You will agree that it has been very tastefully designed. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, a light-colored mosaic backsplash, a refrigerator, stove, and other normal kitchen items. There is a generous amount of upper and lower cupboard space.

Moving forward beyond the kitchen, you will find the enclosed laundry and the powder room both located on the left-hand side. Moving forward yet again, you are now in the living and dining areas which are amply furnished. The dining space accommodates 4 people. The living space is serviced by an air-condoning unit.

Past the living room, you come to vinyl windows and doors which slide open to the balcony. The balcony is where you can see the fantastic view of the ocean, which cannot help you to question where the sea ends and the water begins. Here is where on certain days you will wish that you do not miss the kaleidoscope of colors that mother nature has put together!

 The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. One of the two bedrooms has an air conditioning unit.  The bathrooms are very nicely presented and tastefully tiled. They both are finished with vessel sinks, granite counters, walk-in showers, and rain styled shower heads. One of the bedrooms has a vinyl sliding door which opens out onto a Juliet balcony which again allows you to obsess over the breathtaking view, only this time because you are higher up, the view is even more telling!

The community has been finished with a small pool to cool off in and has a gazebo for your pleasure. The townhouse has an alarm system for additional security. 

If you will be flying into the Hewanorra International Airport in St. Lucia, the airport is about an hour and 15 -minutes to the townhouse. We can assist you in booking your airport transfers, to and from either of our two airports. We are very honest when we say that the drive from the airport to the townhouse is not the easiest one. One of the things which makes this beautiful island stand out from the others is the ability to see a breathtaking view from so many different inclines. Due to our hilly terrain, we have may cliffs, peaks, and sharp corners, which if you are not familiar with, can be a bit hair-raising in the beginning. One of our biggest nemesis on the island is the fact that we do not have street names or numbers. You really need to know where you are going to find it. It is a bit challenging to give directions to the townhouse from the airport when the roads are not signed. We care about your safety and ask that you wait to explore the island at least after you have had a full night’s rest. Don’t try to do it as soon as you land. You have been on the go for hours prior to arriving, may have not slept at all the night before preparing for your travels. Depending on where you are coming from, you may have been traveling for 12 hours or more, you are exhausted by the time you arrive here. To avoid any incidents, we suggest that you take the option of having us organize your transfer for you. When you get to the townhouse, and you have rested, with fresh eyes in the morning, you can begin the adventure!

If you insist on driving yourselves, I ask that you allow us to assist you with booking the vehicle rental. We can have the vehicle available to you at the airport when you arrive, or at the townhouse when you get here if you choose. When it comes to choice about companies to rent the vehicle from, you need to be careful. As you can imagine, we do a tremendous amount of business in this industry and have forged relationships with partners who we trust and will treat our guests to our standards. We know the standard of vehicles which our partners offer, and the support aftercare service in case there are issues. Looking for the cheapest option, or perhaps thinking that it is better to stick with a name that you know may seem like the way to go, however, things do not necessarily work the same over here. To be clear, we do not get kickbacks from our rental car partners, and our only interest is that you are taken care of effectively. This past Christmas season was a testament to what we speak of. Guests who opted to make their own arrangements elsewhere were without vehicles for their entire vacation as the reservations had been canceled and were only told when they arrived on the island. November – March is the busiest time on the island, all vehicles were sold out for the Christmas holidays. Now that they were on the island, looking for a rental proofed fruitless due to the fact that they were booking last minute. It eventually cost the guests more money to go out and about taking taxis everywhere, and of course ruined their vacations. If you have questions about the process, please feel free to ask.

Finally, we are here to see that you have a fantastic holiday. We can pre-stock your kitchen cupboards ahead so when you get here you can get to the business of relaxing! (This at an additional fee) We can have a cook come in who can open your taste buds with some of the most delicious local dishes. (This at an additional fee).
